Your Strathmore Travel Holiday.
(For purposes of these terms and conditions Strathmore Travel is referred to as ‘us’ and ‘we’. The person placing the booking is referred to as ‘you’.)

Availability
All packages detailed in our brochure are subject to availability. Once you have returned your booking form we will contact you to confirm availability of your chosen break. Submission of the booking form does not guarantee your booking. As stated some packages may vary in content, please ask for full details at time of booking.

Payment
We require a deposit of £20 and cost of insurance (if applicable) per person at time of booking. The balance of your holiday is due 28 days prior to departure date. If we do not receive full payment by this date we reserve the right to release your booking and retain your deposit. Please note all breaks are inclusive of VAT.

We are happy to accept last minute bookings and require full payment when the booking is placed.

Changes to your Booking
From time to time it may become necessary to alter the published programme, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Should you wish to alter your booking in any way please contact us as soon as possible, and confirm in writing.

Minimum Numbers (Group Bookings Only)
Prices quoted in our brochure are based upon groups of at least 20. Should your group fall below 20 we will contact you to discuss your options, in some circumstances we may find it necessary to cancel your booking or offer an alternative break.

Rooming Lists
A list of names of each member of your group should be submitted to us no later than 28 days prior to departure in order that we can secure the required rooms at your chosen hotel.

Special Requirements
We welcome guests with special requirements and will do our utmost to meet your needs. Our hotels do not all have full disabled accessible facilities and we ask that you check at time of booking as to the suitability of your chosen hotel.

Cancellation of Booking by you
Please contact us as soon as possible should you decide to cancel your booking in order to avoid unnecessary charges. Our charges are as follows:

21-27 days 25% of full cost
14 -20 days 50% of full cost
1-13 days 75% of full cost
Day of departure Full cost

Cancellation of Booking by Us
It may become necessary for us to cancel your booking in certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or if the group does not reach minimum numbers. In this case we will offer you an alternative break to the value of your original booking or a break of lesser value where we will refund you the difference in price or a full refund of any monies paid.

Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the breaks but is available at an extra cost.

Protecting your money.
Strathmore Travel comply with EEC Tour Package Regulations for the security of any payments made towards your holiday.

General
At time of printing all details in this publication are correct, should any amendments arise we will inform you at time of booking.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish Law.
