GLENCOE VISITOR CENTRE & FORT WILLIAM
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and morning to yourself to explore Fort William today. In the afternoon we travel through the Scottish Highlands scenery to the Glencoe Visitor Centre. Walk in the footsteps of the Clan Macdonald and discover the amazing reconstructed turf & creel house which depicts how life was here for them over 300 years ago. Learn more about all things Glencoe and get inspiration for things to do on your visit at the visitor centre, with a giant 3D map of the glen, fascinating films and an interesting exhibition.
ISLE OF MULL & TOBERMORY
Journey from Fort William towards another of Scotland's most beautiful islands, the Isle of Mull. Crossing on the Oban - Craignure ferry in the morning and with views of Dunstaffnage Castle & the Isles of Kerrara & Lismore in the background. Keep your eyes peeled for some local Scottish wildlife including porpoises and dolphins. After your short crossing, you will have time on the island to explore the main town of Tobermory, who's colourful cottages line the bay. We return on the late afternoon ferry to Oban and journey along the bacnk of Loch Linnhe to Fort William in time for evening meal.
ISLE OF SKYE
Enjoy some of the most unspoilt scenery today as we travel north to visit the Isle of Skye & Portree. Journey through the Highland glens and over the Skye bridge travelling along the Isle and arriving in Portree where you will have some time to explore the shops, museum and enjoy the vistas before returning to the hotel in Fort William late afternoon on the ferry crossing to Mallaig. Watch for local seals & otters as we take the short crossing and journey back through the Lochaber scenery by Glenfinnan before arriving back to Fort William.
